Angie Jeppesen as Agatha Hammond

Angie absolutely loves all things music, dance, and theater. She began singing, dancing and acting in grade school and hasn’t stopped since. Some of the productions she’s had the opportunity to be in include Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (twice), Oklahoma, Brigadoon, Anything Goes (twice), Cinderella, Li’l Abner, The Wizard of Oz, and Bye, Bye Birdie. Performing in many school and community productions in her hometown of St. Anthony, Idaho as well as performing with a Ballroom Dance Company in High School and being on the Ballroom Dance Team and various choirs while attending Ricks College, gave her a great opportunity to develop her talents and learn from so many other exceptional performers and directors she worked with. She received her Associates Degree in Music from Ricks College and a Bachelors Degree from Idaho State University in Secondary Education with a Spanish major and an English minor.

One of her loves is teaching and working with youth and children. Alongside her wonderful husband, Shaun, She gets to do this full time as a mother of 4 great children, Britain, Bryson, Braxton, and Brooklynn, and also as she has had the privilege to be the choreographer for the Snowflake High School musicals for the last several years and work with so many incredibly talented, fun youth.

“I’m really excited about the character that I get to play because it’s something totally new and challenging for me. I’ve always been cast in relatively young, feminine roles, so playing the role of Agatha Hammond, an old, grim, outspoken,
and unlovely housekeeper has been a great growing experience and a lot of fun. Be forewarned that I’m not your run of the mill housekeeper, rather a bloody meat axe wielding one! =)”

Shannon Mills as Nurse Anne Frankin

Shannon has always enjoyed being in theatrical productions. Most recently she was seen in Snowflake High School’s production of Crazy for You as Patricia Fodor as well as the sound/ prop specialist for Silver Creek Little Theatre’s summer melodrama. She is very excited for this play and has had a blast being a part of it. Shannon loves hanging out with her family and friends, going on dates, eating delicious food, laughing, and basically enjoying life. She is the Spirit Leader at SHA and will be graduating this May.

Monument House Welcomes Molly Flake

Molly Flake will be playing the role of Frieda Mountjoy aka "Ermyntrude Ash"

Molly is a 15 year old sophomore at Snowflake High School. She has been in several productions including The Wizard of Oz as the Lion and Crazy For You as the town grandma.

Molly is also involved in the High School choir, orchestra, and band programs and loves trying new things and meeting new people.

Molly is excited for this play because the character she is playing is very different than other roles she has played prior, giving her new experiences and a chance to learn new things, including an English accent. She is also excited to be working with all the other talented people in this play, as well as enjoying the opportunity to learn more about technical and behind-the-scenes things.

"Everyone is doing such a great job!"

Behind the Scenes: Make Up Tests

The cast, who primarily is comprised of high school aged young adults, received a lesson on old age stage make up. Several of them are playing roles more than triple their age, so the task of aging someone can take a lot of time, patience and make up.

And Now Presenting.....

Septimus Tomb as himself

Septimus joins the cast playing himself, Septimus Tomb, the patriarch of the Tomb family and owner of the estate and its fortunes. Although the will reading is in fact for the allegedly deceased Septimus Tomb….is he really dead? Could Septimus Tomb really be exacting revenge on his children who have given him nothing but trouble for decades? Why would Septimus want to kill his own family? Did Dora cross the line when she “accidentally” poisoned her mother, Septimus’ wife? Did Lucien set him off with his constant indignation and the toxic smells from his laboratory? Or was it Emily and Monica, the incessantly bickering sisters? Could Septimus feel guilty for the “disturbed” nature of Marcus and Oliver? Come see as the mystery unfolds as laugh after laugh and death after death comes to monument house this October!

One member of which has werewolf tendencies, another wanders around in a toga of Julius Caesar and a third is a gentle old lady who plants more than seeds in her flower beds. By the third act, there are more corpses than live members left in the cast and what about the sympathetic nurse and the author of romantic novels. are they all, or more than they seem to bee? All is revealed as the plot twists and turns to its surprising conclusion.
